Legs are coming back...

The last few days have been a real struggle. Tired legs, tired body. If I didn't know better, I would have thought I had the flu, but nothing other than my body hurts - no stomach, head, etc... I don't know. I guess just delayed fatigue.

Today went better. 33:00 minutes. Nice and cool. Really felt like I had some legs and gas left at the end. Not a bad run.

Are you overtrained? I just had to take 3 days off in a row because I was feeling much the same way and after the rest I feel so much better.
See you at Heartland!

Nah, just a bad blogger. I'm trying to chronicle my entire year in running, but sometimes I get behind (and I forget that someone other than me reads this thing!). I ran the Lean Horse 100 two weeks ago (I've now uploaded that for August 24th). Just haven't really recovered. I do my self no favors by trying to hold a 4 mile-per-day running streak!

I checked out your upcoming race schedule. See you at Flatrock, Heartland, and hopefully Nathaniels! I really wanted to do Rocky Raccoon, but can't next year with the little-one on the way!

Congrats on the 1 year anniversary. I would have never guessed from your running resume that you have only been doing this for a short time! Very impressed!
