I intended to get this week's marathon out of the way this morning. But sleeping just felt so good. Skipped out and got my run in this afternoon.
P.S. - today I celebrated my first father's day. I'm now free to announce that my first child is expected January 13, 2009. Very, very, very excited.

I'm a runner.
I've chosen a lifesytle with my sport as a focus. I run every day (beginning on August 20, 2006) and love to run marathons and ultramarathons. I love to run with my wife (who also runs marathons), my kid (who loves to go for stroller rides) and my dog (who loves nothing more than to run).
