I thought a fast run tonight would help. But I couldn't go fast. 31:34 for 4 miles. Average heart rate 152. Still not recovered. Still a little tight.

Scott have you completely lost your mind? I'm serious.....wow! Good luck, I'm just trying to get back into the groove of it all. I'll check back to see your progress. I miss the tnt runs. Jill Ward
I've chosen a lifesytle with my sport as a focus. I run every day (beginning on August 20, 2006) and love to run marathons and ultramarathons. I love to run with my wife (who also runs marathons), my kid (who loves to go for stroller rides) and my dog (who loves nothing more than to run).
Running is my passion.
This is my forum to track my personal running progress. While this may appear to be ingredibly one-sided or self-centered, I chose to right about myself. Nonetheless, I hope all readers appreciate my efforts to track something that I am very passionate about, and I hope that this passion may encourage others.
