Headed to the gym today for a fairly speedy 4 miler. 30 minutes total, but the first mile was an 8:30 and the second an 8. Do the math, and that only leaves 13:30 for the last 2 miles. With a 1/4 mile cool down, I ran at fairly fast clip, at least for me.
Legs felt tight, and I felt more tired than I should Hills on Tuesday's are definitely doing the job of making me tired.
