I'm a little sore from last night's 50k. I ran the entire time (no walk breaks as I often do on 50k+ runs) and the entire run was on pavement (most on hard concrete). Muscles are fine, but just the pounding has made me sore.
Tonight I took it easy with a 4 miler. I really did loosen up as I made it closer to the end.
