I actually got them in the right order. For the first time I swam over my lunch hour (that is why I joined the YMCA - to swim during lunch at the gym which is only a half-mile from my office). After work, I headed outside for a 10 mile bike (all I could get in before dark), and then on a 4 mile run.
Feeling pretty good. And certainly recovered from last weekends double marathon.
