I put off the weekly marathon until next weekend. Going to try a back-to-back.
Today was 65 degrees, but very, very windy (raining in the afternoon). I went out for a 20 mile bike ride on my newly completed tri bike, but it was a little too windy for any feeling of safety. So I headed home and out for a 4 mile run. Again, the hip is a little sore, so I took it easy.
I know I should consider stretching (obviously). I really does help. Seems that my hip pains lately are directly related to non stretching. We'll see if I can stick to that.
