I am beginning to think I shouldn't go for it tomorrow. Today, my 4 miler (gym, treadmill, 35:00) just felt slow and painful. Ok, not really "painful" like I really hurt, but just not good like I would like them to feel. But, to my legs defense, they always are painful when they are ready to race. Weird.
I don't know. I am still a game-time decision. I am thinking of going out had and just seeing how it feels. Maybe I'll even go out at Boston pace (3:10) and see how long I can hold it, knowing that I will hit a wall, but hoping that is late enough in the race not to do too much harm. We will see.
