Bike trainer and run.


20 miles on the bike trainer tonight. I am really trying to (a) get my bike mileage up and (b) get comfortable in the aero position on my tri-bike (see picture). Ride really felt good. Legs are still dehydrated from yesterday.


Jennifer and I headed out for a 5 mile run about 2 hours after I finished my ride. 5 mile run in 50:15. Not a bad run.
